Reece’s earlier roles as a CRM Technical Consultant and Developer at Ergo, C2 Software, and Leidos (formerly Lockheed Martin) strengthened his expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Apps development, and technical leadership. When joining a dedicated Microsoft Partner, he designed and implemented Power Platform solutions that centralized ESG legislation content for law firms and replaced costly procurement systems for global brewers—saving millions annually. Reece has built a reputation for blending technical precision with vision, guiding organizations through complex digital transformations.
