Cloud Lighthouse guides C-level and other senior leaders in Microsoft’s most critical accounts. We don’t build apps, and we don’t have an army of implementation consultants to sell. This is by design, so that we offer unbiased guidance and high-end architecture without the ulterior motive of selling implementation services.   • Microsoft called on Cloud Lighthouse to lead a key enterprise Microsoft customer crafting their AI strategy, technical architecture, and actionable roadmap so that the customer was able to act quickly using Microsoft’s full range of AI technologies using data stored in Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft365, AWS, SalesForce, and ServiceNow. 

  • Microsoft called on Cloud Lighthouse to act as a neutral, third-party guide to a global customer through their too-big-to-fail transformation using Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, and AI technologies. Cloud Lighthouse’s neutrality was critical to our success, as we are not in the business of selling implementation services, so were able to provide technical, architectural, and strategic expertise unencumbered by a services sales agenda. 

  • A high-profile Microsoft industry account team relied on Cloud Lighthouse working via Microsoft across dozens of accounts from early in the AI, Azure, Fabric, Business Applications, and Microsoft365 sales cycle through post-sales, guiding C-level and enterprise technical leaders through technology selection, strategy, architecture, and the actionable roadmap needed to drive consumption and make the tech truly successful.

  • Microsoft trusted Cloud Lighthouse Labs and our Center for Trustworthy AI to rapidly develop a Copilot minimum valuable product (MVP) reasoning over a customer’s dense technical and analytical data, making that knowledge available via an AI agent for analysts, academics, public officials, and companies working in the global energy and utilities space. We coached the customer through red teaming the MVP in a matter of weeks, with Trustworthy AI at the core, before turning the solution over to the customer’s internal team for further development.
